Toe nail fungus is very common, and is very contagious. Typical symptoms would be change in color of the nail, nail gets thicker, bad odor, debris collects beneath the nail, white marks on the nail. Fungus is PH sensitive. By changing the PH of our nail areas, it eliminates the fungus. Fungus also hates sunlight.
There are some great natural cures to take care of this problem.
Here is an easy one to do at home:
Mix equal parts of Apple Cider Vinegar and warm water. Soak your nails in it for 10 minutes per day for two weeks. After soaking in the vinegar, sprinkle baking soda between your fingers onto your toes , let stand for 15 minutes, rinse. Use a clean cotton towel to dry feet.
Be sure to disinfect the base and towel after each use.

Healthy feet depend on good hygiene, so it's important to keep your toes clean and dry. Many people stop having pedicures in the winter months, when in fact, that is the most important time to have them. Your feet are in socks, wet and cold environments and usually get dry and cracked.
Be sure to keep up those pedicures during the winter months for healthier, happier feet. No polish is necessary.
Remember to prevent nail discolorization, always use a base coat.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice into a glass bowl, add baking soda to make a paste. Use an old toothbrush to scrub nails. Let sit on nail for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with warm water, Repeat if necessary.
